PURPOSE

  • To promote the advancement of child support establishment and enforcement in Oklahoma;
  • To strive to develop a uniform approach to legal procedures in the administration of the child support program at all levels;
  • To promote a more uniform approach to child support by supporting legislation which standardizes and facilitates such purpose;
  • To serve as a liaison for OKDHS interacting with the program; and,
  • To advise and assist OKDHS in training of child support personnel.
